Kerrie Thompson The Basin is massively under rated! Its absolutely gorgeous and very secluded. Full of nature beautiful scenery. We parked at the beginning of the trail on the main road. Walked for about 30 minutes and stayed there all day and had to do the dreaded treck back up hill to get back to the car. Its a pretty hard up Hill walk for people unfit. So what I would do next time is park at Palm beach and get the boat across to The Basin. I would also camp next time as they have Camping Ground with toilets and an outdoor cooking area. Loved it. There are wallabies everywhere and guanas! Beaut!

Mücahit Kaba By far the best walk in the earth. Amazing views, gorgeous beaches, lots of amenities, bunch of friendly people around and the best thing, if you start your journey from Coogee, final point is Bondi. If you only have one day left, do this trip

Erivan The Solitary Islands Marine Park (Commonwealth Waters) adjoins the State marine park and extends further seaward to the 50 m depth contour. The Australian Marine Park protects large complex subtidal reefs, including Pimpernel Rock, a unique underwater pinnacle with high conservation value.

Kate Patch We took the family with kids aged 2-9 here a few weekends ago and loved our visit. Very informative and staff doing presentations did such a good job. It was a big homeschooling win too with so many different activities

Katie McNamara Awesome walking track! Took around 2 hours to complete and no sign posting needed, one of the less busy tracks in the national park would recommend

subas subedi Sydney Harbour is always stunning, but during Vivid Sydney, it transforms into something truly magical. The entire waterfront lit up in vibrant colours, the Opera House dancing with light projections, and the Harbour Bridge glowing in synchrony,it’s a sight that simply takes your breath away. We had the perfect view, and every moment felt surreal. The reflections on the water, the buzzing atmosphere, and the incredible creativity in the light displays made it an unforgettable evening. It’s a must-visit during this time of year, absolutely spectacular! Highly recommend catching the lights from a harbour cruise or anywhere along Circular Quay. Sydney, you’ve outdone yourself!

John OHare This is a really nice greenspace with an interesting historical record plus cricket nets and a few other nice sporting facilities, clean toilet block. Only a few minutes walk away from a couple of nice restaurants & cafes and just 10 minutes drive to Collaroy Beach. Being so high up and without much light pollution, an apt spot also for a bit of stargazing.

Nathan Chan Breathtaking 360 views. Highest point on the hill with steps down to the beach for rock fishing. No dogs allowed past a certain point to the beach - this is a different pathway to walking around the point. There are also viewing spots where you can look down the cliff face. There are a lot of spots to sit down and a water bubbler at the top.

emily klobuchar What’s not to love? You can chill here or walk for miles north and south. Good food nearby. What a place to spend the day… or year… or life :D

Gary Matthews Great views and peaceful place to sit and watch the surf rolling in. Sandy beach with rocks at the waterfront. Nice atmosphere and friendly approachable locals. The carpark says no camping. No public toilets that I can see. #coddiwompleicp
