1 /5 Alisha Philipson: Friendly warning: don’t make a booking here unless you want to be spammed for life with message reminders every time they have an appointment opening. I went here once for a blow out over TWO YEARS ago, which was very meh, definitely didn’t come out bouncy like the photos I showed - I could have easily done it at home but whatever it didn’t bug me heaps at the time - what does bug me is how many messages I keep getting from this silly place. I’ve tried responding politely asking them to take me off the list, responding not so nicely when that didn’t clearly didn’t work, reporting as spam every time, blocking every number, etc… nothing works. Very very annoying when they say they only need your number to confirm your booking. I don’t want to go back here, ever. I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a bad review just based on my experience even though it wasn’t great, but because of these endless messages that I can’t stop no matter what, I am. It’s ridiculous. Respect your customer’s privacy and rights - if they ask not to be contacted, just stop contacting them!!!
