5 /5 Louisa Richards: They always do such a great job & so friendly! I love how they take their time and always check in to make sure the shape & color is exactly what I want. I just returned for my second visit and will continue to go to them! I definitely recommend.

1 /5 Stefani Felisa Zen: Since the change in ownership they charge more for their services and extra for every little thing and changed some of the products to be less durable. I did biab French shellac manicure and they only lasted for a week before the white tips started getting chipped, and they wanted to charge extra $5 to fix each finger with chipped nail. Would not recommend getting French manicure here unless you are happy to just pay $80 for nails that last for only one week.

1 /5 Sandra Constantin: Would give a 0 star rating if Google allowed it. Not only are the staff rude and very evidently, unqualified, but they gave me a pretty gnarly bacterial infection!!! This salon is filthy and it’s obvious that they don’t clean their equipment properly. This has never ever happened to me at other salons and I’ve been getting acrylics for over 10 years now, but the very first time I try this place (and stupidly didn’t read the reviews) and now I’m dipping my sore and inflamed fingertips in salty water and coating in antiseptic solution to try and avoid going to the doctor and getting on oral antibiotics. The bottoms of my feet were also itchy all day after getting a pedicure and putting my feet on their disgusting, clearly reused a million times towels on the foot rest. Oh, and on top of all that, they did the worst job with my nails. Rushed and rough hack job leaving my nails super thick (after repeatedly asking them to thin out the acrylic) and super wonky and lob sided with an amateur drawn French tip. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

5 /5 Jacqui Sloan: Really happy with my SNS extensions. This is my first time getting SNS. Only 1 critique is not getting rid of the dust properly before the final gel coat. There is little flecks of dust and dirt visible on the nails.

1 /5 Lauren Kelly: I got a completely botched lash lift at this salon. My eyelashes were overprocessed, pointing straight up and in the wrong directions, curling in on themselves and irritating my eyelids. I went back to the salon to have the lift reversed as it was causing severe irritation to my eyes. This caused chemical burns on my eyelids and my eyelashes were still horrible. The staff blamed me saying I have sensitive skin though I have had multiple lash lifts in other Venus salons and never had an issue. I suffered extreme pain and irritation, requiring topical steroids to heal my eyelids. There were areas on my left eye that the skin was actually burned off. I was visibly upset and the salon refused to offer a refund, instead offered a $20 voucher as an apology. This salon has only started offering lash lift in the past couple of months. Do not go here, there is clearly a lack of training, and no accountability for poorly provided services.
