Between face to face support and guidance, phone calls and text message check ups, and the vision app I feel really supported. I am really enjoying the whole experience so far. 5 /5 Rebecca Wagstaff: These guys truly do own the Vision PT statement your body, your goals. I have not been pressured to make goals that are not mine. I have been able to tailor the program to my physical and mental needs and capabilities. The gym and trainers are not intimidating at all. All trainers and clients are very welcoming and encouraging! No-one there is proud or showy, everyone is there for their own health benefits, not to strut. Highly recommend to anyone who doenst like gym environments but wants to be fit and healthy. All the trainers are great, they push just the right amount for your benefit. Special shout out to Conor! Well done guys. First time getting back into a gym in 12 years and Im still showing up, that is a breakthrough in itself!

What drew me in was their holistic approach to personal training, which goes beyond just workouts—it includes shopping tours, full body scans, nutritional plans, group hikes!! and the support of an exceptionally qualified trainer who is not only knowledgeable but also kind, caring, and incredibly motivating - My trainer is Vince! Hes amazing! Since starting, I’ve lost almost 5kg and already feel stronger and fitter. I highly recommend Vision Engadine to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven fitness journey!
