Sarah Cross Cindy and her team are excellent. Ive followed Cindy from each salon to where she has worked to now the salon she owns. Cindy will make sure youre happy with your nails and if youre not happy, she will fix them. No design is too much, Cindy will tell you what she can do! This design Ive attached the photo of is EXACTLY what I asked for... Ive been getting acrylic nails with extensions and shellac for years, and have never had issues with retention. The pedicures are also very good - and I am picky!

Kristyn P Johnny is INCREDIBLE! I can not recommend him enough. His attention to detail is something else and I love that hes super honest. Every time I go into a nail shop the nails dont last, theyre crooked and just not it but Johnnys work is impeccable. I have never had bad nails and his nail art is pure talent. My nail design here literally took him 5 mins to draw and he wasnt rushing. 10 stars! Ps hurry up and come home. I need you rn hahahah.

Over the years I’ve been to many nail salons and this salon is the best I’ve been to by far, both visits for full set acrylics have been amazing, so much attention to detail, the nail art is outstanding, plus the pedicure has also been very pleasing. Saskia Martiskin I would like to express my appreciation for the lovely concierge ladies at Warringah mall who were very kind in assisting my daughter. She couldnt find her car after parking it and as it was getting very late had to be picked up as she has a small son. We had to leave her car there as we still couldnt find it. As we live an hour away it took us a few days to be able to arrange to pick it up. The kind ladies at the service desk located the car then gave us a pass to get out the carpark late on Thursday night. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
