1 /5 Florence Andrews: One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! I very rarely post reviews but I just had to warn people. The technicians in this salon are extremely rude the service was rushed and the outcome was awful. Dont waste your time and money!

1 /5 Rene Vella: Absolutely disgusting customer service! I booked an appt on a recommendation and upon arriving, I was told to wait. After waiting 35 minutes they asked what I wanted to get done, I explained (it was a biab infill with a design) and then they proceed to tell me: 1. They don’t have the product to do my design and 2. they close in 20 mins so they can’t do my nails!!! They asked me to come back another day which I can’t do - hence why I booked an appt. When I told them I won’t be coming back, they told me it wasn’t their fault! The man who booked me in - didn’t tell them of my appt and then was off today. I then asked them why they let me sit there for 35 minutes to tell me they can’t fit me in?! They didn’t apologise and made up excuses! I don’t care how good their work might be! DONT GO THERE unless you’re happy to wait over 30 mins for your scheduled appt.

5 /5 Gim Ambour: Best manicure pedicure experience I have ever had! The staff is professional and show care. Their shellac lasted me for over 3 weeks and is still looking good! In comparison to other nail places I have tried, it starts sto peel off after 2 weeks. Keep up the good work guys!

1 /5 kayleigh matthews: Got told I had to get my acrylic’s removed rather than a infill, didn’t soak off my nail he took them off with a Infill tip which was painful. When I said I’d get shellac instead of a new set I didn’t realise untill I paid for the treatment I was charged extra for nail hardener?? Only good review was the girl that done my pedicure done a good job otherwise very poor service!
