From the moment we walked in, Sadia made us feel welcomed and truly cared for. We began with a thorough consultation where Sadia took the time to understand our goals and lifestyle before recommending the perfect colour to complement our complexion. The colouring process was meticulous, with beautiful dimension and tone achieved using high-quality products that left our hair vibrant and healthy-looking. The shampooing experience deserves its own praise — relaxing and indulgent, with a gentle scalp massage that felt incredibly refreshing. It set the tone for the rest of the appointment and added a luxurious touch. Next came the style cut, which was executed with precision and creativity. Sadia balanced shape and movement beautifully, crafting a look that’s both modern and easy to maintain. The cut has grown out gracefully, which speaks to the level of skill and attention to detail. The highlight of the appointment was the nanoplasty treatment. My daughter was impressed by how smooth, shiny, and manageable her hair felt immediately afterward. Unlike traditional straightening treatments, this one left her hair feeling nourished rather than processed — sleek without compromising natural body. Overall, Sadia at XO Hair & Beauty exceeded my expectations at every step. Her professionalism, artistry, and genuine care for her clients make Sadia a standout in the industry. Shes great at her trade and takes time to listen to her customers as well as provide a detailed explanation of her hair recommendations. During the appointment, she is constantly checking in and also ensures to work on your hair until you are satisfied - without rushing. Her studio is cute and she always offers tea/coffee which is nice. Thank you Sadia for your excellent service, I feel amazing after every hair appointment :)

5 /5 Bianca Calderon: I recently got my hair done at XO Hair and Beauty and I absolutely love it! I have only been there twice but both times have been amazing. I was in desperate need of a good hairdresser, that was knowledgeable and confident in their skills. The first time I went, Sadia was so incredibly welcoming. We had a consultation where she talked to me about my hair and what I wanted to achieve. I was explaining how when I went to the hairdressers previously to get a full colour it would wash out after the first wash leaving me with orangey hair which I absolutely hate. Sadia listened to my concern and proposed a different approach aka an ‘overtone’. She said we would go darker with my hair colour making the chocolate brown colour stay in my hair much longer. I walked out of the appointment with the biggest smile on my face and the colour did in fact NOT wash out. During the first appointment, Sadia suggested a Nano treatment. I had no idea what that was, but she explained throughly that it was great for my hair type (thick and wavy) and would make maintenance so much easier. For my next appointment I booked in the nano treatment with a tone. The appointment went for a total of 6 hours however I walked out extremely happy and satisfied with the results. I love how Sadia took the time to ensure that I walked out happy with my hair and made sure everything looked perfect even when my hair was stubborn at times. Sadia is an incredible hairdresser, can’t wait for more future appointments with her!!!
