But I was very disappointed with the person who served me on 11/08/24. She was very sarcastic and rude. I will think twice about going back to this shop now.

Jill Moore I took earrings in as I had glued one of the clips on wrongly. I was doubtful the jeweller would want to fix it but I was absolutely thrilled he fixed well plus fixed a necklace which was invaluable really but he always does a good job. Jewellery for sale isn’t main stream and service is excellent. I’ll spread the word, Erina Fair dosen’t compare. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit to the store, and both times we received nothing but exceptional service. On our first visit, Alex went above and beyond to help me select the right gold pieces — his advice was honest, thoughtful, and clearly given with good intentions, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in my choices. On our second visit, he even skipped his lunch break to assist us personally — his patience and dedication were genuinely impressive. The rest of the team was just as warm and attentive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the store. The space itself is large, well-organised, and offers an outstanding variety of gold pieces to choose from. We travelled from Brisbane specifically to return here, and it certainly won’t be our last visit. Loyal customers for life! Laura Langenbach Yossi is amazing! Hes so helpful and nice and gave me a little tour through his atelier. An old ring of mine (from the 1940s) had to be fixed cause a little bit on the side broke off. Since it was my mums ring who recently passed away (and my grandmothers before that) , it had a great sentimental value to me. Yossi treated the ring with all the respect and told me all about it, since I didnt know much about it. The outcome was amazing! He went above and beyond to restore the ring in the best way possible and I walked out with a perfectly restored ring, even though I went in thinking only that side bit would be fixed. He didnt charge any additional costs for the extra work he had done which was great! Im really happy with the ring and it will probably last me many, many years before anything has to be done about it again! If I ever need to get any jewelry done, I would definitely come back here!
