Lullabye Behrendt I had the best experience with Evita today, I was hoping to have a sentimental necklace repaired in person as the clasp had broken, after being told by every jeweller they could either send it away or were unable to help I felt extremely defeated. Cue me asking the lovely young woman with dark brown hair behind the counter if they were able to help, she immediately jumped up, offered to charge my phone whilst I waited and in less than 2minutes my chain was sparkly and looking brand new. She did all of this free of charge with a bright smile on her face, I am extremely impressed by the customer service and will definitely be back for any future repairs and gifts

They attended me so well and shared some pictures of the product designs. Upon selection, they kept it aside for me without even any advance payment. He made us feel comfortable and allowed us plenty of space to consider and discuss things with each other during the consultation. He was there to provide guidance where we needed it, never rushed us and answered our many questions. We feel fortunate to have found Jason during our search. We werent sure what we were looking for, but once we met with him and explored his designs, it instantly felt like he was the perfect choice to create what we wanted. His relaxed approach made the entire process enjoyable, and the end result is STUNNING. Well certainly be returning to design our wedding bands.
