Kat Miller The studio is beautifully designed and boutique-feeling with lots of natural light. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and has created such a lovely community feeling. I did the X former workout and the instructor was helpful, knowledgeable and tailored the lesson to those in the room which was great as it was my first time! The workout was also awesome; I could feel the burn in every muscle! Amazing experience, I will definitely be back!

The coaches are legends who actually care and know their stuff, and the workouts are always fun but challenging. I’ve gotten so much stronger and fitter and made some great friends along the way. Scott Murcutt Matt and Annette go above and beyond what I ever expected from personal training. Their dedication to consistantly learning and applying new techniques to fitness and nutritional advice and tailoring programs to suit individual needs is outstanding. They understand the effort, time and commitment it takes to change your habits and lifestyle to improve your overall health, but are aware that everyone will stumble occasionally. They are the first ones to reach out and offer help and support, whilst not being scared to push you a little harder when you need it ;-) Thanks guys, keep it up.
