Adam Day I came into Simon Curwood Miranda looking for some ideas for an engagement ring. As soon as I met Ralph and we started chatting about what I had in mind, I knew I was going to purchase the ring from him. His calm and respectful demeanor left me feeling like all my concerns or queries were heard and thought through. A few weeks later I put in my first deposit to have a custom engagement ring and wedding band produced. The entire journey from the concept designs to the delivered rings; I felt listened to and Ralph was understanding through the entire process. I cannot put to words how much I recommend the store and staff at Simon Curwood Miranda.
