The group sessions foster a positive, caring and fun environment where you can grow your strength and mindset to set you up for the rest of your day, week and years to come. I have trained with Elevate for the last 10 years and every session has been tailored to each individuals needs from modification due to ailments to pushing the boundaries to gain strength through your mental and physical capabilities. The community based practice is like none other I have seen and is why I look forward to every session in the park throughout the winter and into the summer.
