He adds on additional services like cleaning and will have your custom ring done the fastest you can imagine. Mine was done was crafted in one week! The quality of the diamonds are amazing and the craftsmanship is so perfect i love my ting so much thankyou! ☺️

Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.

James Zach went to every Jeweller in sydney city to get our ring remodelled, no-one could do it or charged to much, Fernando done it for half the price and it looked amazing. Also resized it a week later for free. Old fashion customer service that is rarely seen these days.

Evripides Kouspos Id like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didnt have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward Ill definitely be purchasing from Saleras Chadstone.
