Riccarda Stock was just the person I needed to help me through a very difficult time, she was always available for advice, extremely responsive and timely with feedback to the other party. Riccarda also provided great advice during finalisation of my will and other matters. Last year I put my house on the market and had no hesitation in turning to Solari and Stock to manage all my legal requirements. Vicki De Bonis has been amazing in her efforts to support me through what ended up being over a 12 month journey to get the price I wanted. Along the way Vicki reviewed contracts of a few houses I was interested in buying. In the end Vicki helped me through my house sale by a new Real Estate agent, which took just 4 days from buyer viewing to contract signing. I then purchased a house before Auction, and settled in 3 weeks, on the same day as the settlement of the house I sold. Or Giladi I engaged Peter Williams to assist in the sale of a small business. In our initial phone call he came across as professional and personable. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. Peter was never available when I called, never returned phone calls and simply ignored my emails, to the point that he was for all intents and purposes uncontactable. He then deducted his fee from the sale deposit without bothering to obtain my written or verbal consent. When I queried the bill and asked for a breakdown of the hours dedicated to my matter Peter did not bother to respond. Needless to say, I will not be using Peters services again.

Conway Amelia “Mia” We used Peter originally to buy our home and he was great hence the two stars! But when we came back to sell a few years later we had someone called Lexie, whom didnt respond to calls or emails, did the bare minimum and didnt even tell us we needed to discharge our mortgage or communicate with us in anyway once we had sold our property. We had to move to another lawyer halfway through selling, and he was shocked how little had been done or communicated. I give two stars because Peter himself is great. But unfortunately the person we got gave a terrible service.

Anna Parsons Abhorrently poor quality and dishonest service. Was told claim would take 1yr max, they delayed for no reason and it took over 3yrs. The figure I then finally received was not even one quarter of the amount the claim was actually worth (and of the figure they had consistently guaranteed). They then took a third of that figure for their excessive costs, which they refused to reveal throughout the duration of the claim until the actual day of settlement. I have lodged complaints about this poor and dishonest conduct of this law firm, especially solicitor Ms Kelly Keane, who is currently being assessed by the Office of the Legal Services Commisioner, and other complaint bodies.
