Richie Lee I was seeking conveyancing services to sell my existing home and for a potential purchase. Found RESCOMM via Google search - after reading some of the recent reviews, I ended up with 3 options. My gut feeling was to go with RESCOMM as I thought RESCOMM would be the conveyancing company for me....... I was so glad that I chose RESCOMM!!! What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be totally fine - no drama, no hassle, no worries. And it was all thanks to Winston. Id recommend him in a nanosecond. Five stars!

Oliver OMalley Carmela is really good at what she does and Winston was helpful and extremely diligent during the conveyancing for a sale. I felt confident that our exchange would go through without problems which was indeed the case. The contract was shared with our real estate agent with speed which meant we got the house on market and sold far quicker than I was expecting.

Lindi Fay What an awful experience! I needed a notary to witness a signature. I made a phone call to enquire about their service - Winston was grumpy and unhelpful. When I asked for an indication of cost he said it would be "several hundred dollars" I responded that notary fees were listed as being $85. He said "well if you are going to whinge about the price go somewhere else!" and he hung up on me!!! What appalling behaviour. Avoid this place with all your might.

Garry Falloon Seemed to be nice people but really expensive for just witnessing a couple of signatures. It cost $280 for what was really only about 5 minutes work. They seemed to do a lot of unnecessary things such as binding a couple of pages which looked like padding to us. I could have got the same thing done at a courthouse for free.

Needed a solicitor help me secure property ownership for my daughter should anything happen to me . Asked if I was using NDIS money ? REALLY??? !!! John Kim This experience happened to me a while back but remembered it and decided I needed to let others know what a scumbag this John Fordham is. I got caught drink driving and needed legal advice, i was very worried at the time as it was likely i would lose my license. This was back when reviews werent a thing so I knew very little about the lawyers and solicitors in my area and I got details for his office from some type of legal aid place at kingscross. Unluckily as this place was closeby i chose it first to get a consultation. During the consultation this man was utterly disgraceful. He completely exaggerated the consequences of what could occur, mentioning something about I may need a barrister, its going to cost thousands of dollars etc. He charged me 350 for the consultation and my naive youngself went to an atm and withdrew funds to pay him. I later got a recommendation from a mate and that lawyer was so much more professional, upfront about payment and didnt charge anything for the initial consult. Basically this lawyer was trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. AVOID. Tldr: This John Fordham is a complete scumbag and completely untrustworthy. AVOID THIS PLACE.
