The Bay Cafe - NSW

Melissa Campbell An absolutely delightful experience. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. The Lobster was delicious and I loved having a player of fruit instead of chips or vegetables. The steak & seafood were all cooked absolutely perfectly, the seafood was succulent and tender, calamari melted in your mouth. We shared the dessert plate, which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Peter was a lovely host. I hope to dine there again soon.

Blackbird Cafe - NSW

Jiantao Wei Great place for Saturday night fireworks at Darling Harbour! The first-floor view is perfect, had a really romantic dinner right under the show. Honestly, for a waterfront spot, the prices were totally reasonable and the portions were massive. We ordered starters and they were practically a meal on their own! But the real star is the dessert. Don’t skip it!

The Rocks Cafe - NSW

Aldana Excellent place! We stopped by around 6 pm for a coffee and a slice of cake, which we know isn’t very common in Australia. The lemon pie was very good, although it could be improved a bit. The service was very friendly. We didn’t have dinner, but we saw the dishes served at other tables and they looked very tempting. Highly recommended.

Social Brew Cafe - NSW

Jan Leung I’m with my family here in Sydney for vacation. Like the other cafe we visited earlier, we liked the food and service of Social Brew so much that we decided to come here the 2nd time before our departure (which is scheduled tomorrow). The pony tail girl Lou helped us to take order and, surprisingly, like the other girl in another cafe, she could remember what we ordered last time. We ordered a few things and drinks and started to look around to see what other people had ordered. We then asked another waitress, Laura, who’s from Columbia, what those were and Laura’s smile and response had really made our day. We ordered some more food and drinks later on and everything was so delicious. I have to say, the coffee here is the best we’ve had in Australia so far and the food selection is just amazing and the quality is superb. It’s definitely the number one brekky place of our choice and wish we could have the same cafe in Hong Kong (our home town). Thank you for the good food, hospitality and making our trip a memorable one.

JJs at The Marina - NSW

Art Teetawat JJ’s Marine is a beautiful marina-side spot with a relaxed, coastal atmosphere. The outdoor seating overlooks the yachts and water, making it a perfect place to unwind with a drink or enjoy a long lunch. The fresh sea breeze and natural light create a true holiday vibe. I especially loved JJ — very friendly and incredibly attentive. You can really feel the care and hospitality, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely come back for the waterfront vibes and warm service.

Inner Light Tea Rooms - NSW

Marieke Erkkila Stunning location. The food was delicious. Views of 180 degrees over Port Stephen’s and surrounding area. View to right, from outdoor cafe seating, over looks Shoal Bay. Based aside the Marine Rescue Base and many volunteers involved in keeping this site going. Make a donation while you are there. In the upper car park there are about 20 car park spaces (at a guess)Otherwise you mark below and walk up but quite a climb. Would 100% recommend.
