1 /5 Rochelle Glover: Its the 2nd time Ive been here and both times Ive been less than impressed with the service. On the first occasion I arrived after 9 probably nearer to 930 to be told that I cant order food because the chef hasnt arrived yet?! When I asked what time would he be here the server just said should be soon. Like what time do people eat breakfast round here? When the chef did arrive I got my bacon and egg roll...It was ok. On this visit I had to ask for a menu, then when I did go to order I asked if they did pancakes (as I had seen it on one of the reviews here) I was rather abruptly told no. Thats ok I thought as it wasnt on the menu so went for the ham and cheese crossaint only to be told they dont have any crossaints. I mean the cafe is literally a 10m walk to aldi where they had an abundance of crossaints which could have fulfilled the order. Needless to say I told them not to worry and left without purchasing anything. I would not recommend if you rate customer service when you dine.

1 /5 Andrew: Ive worked in this area for years and out of convenience ive come here many times. But its been horrible service every time. Slow to make coffee. Had to wait 25min for take away. Today i was one of 3 people waiting outside as they were running late to open... at 9am... a rediculous time to open a cafe. Since the girl only took one order at a time then turned around to slowly make each coffee it was 5 min before i was at the front of the cue. Thats when a local came past me and put their keep cup and money donw on the counter. As the girl then served that person while i stood there i decided im never going here again! Its while im still sitting here 15min later waiting for my bacon egg roll im writing my first ever review to say that this cafe sucks !

2 /5 imogen p: you never know whether they’re open or not because either the hours stated online are wrong or they’re slack. the last time i visited we waited for 20 minutes before we had to go to the counter despite every other time we had table service. although, their chicken schnitzel BLAT is always good.

1 /5 Amanda Greenwood: Been a couple of times. Kept hoping it would get better. Steak was over cooked. Veges were raw. Gravy was sickly. Complained only to be completely ignored. When I called them out on the appalling service they argued. $105 for 2 adults 2 kids. Not a great experience. Next time Ill head to the blue gum for a decent steak. Thumbs down
