5 /5 Daniela Ferri: Update: We’ve been back twice since our first visit and will definitely keep returning as we work our way through the menu. The food is consistently delicious, and this time we finally tried the cheesecake—WOW. Hands down the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. The whipped topping is perfectly balanced (not too sweet), and the cheesecake itself is just divine. The owners and staff are so attentive and genuinely make you feel like a guest in their home. We can’t wait to come back to explore the breakfast and lunch menus. First visit: Our first time dining here was amazing. We were so hungry we went straight for the mains—the chicken shawarma and the lamb dish with pita—both absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and everyone was so welcoming. I spotted the cheesecake then and knew I’d have to come back to try it. We’re so glad we discovered this place—I can already see us becoming regulars.

5 /5 Sunny McGaw: We had read the reviews, so had HIGH expectations — and Fuel exceeded them. There were five of us, and the chef recommended a variety of plates, (tasting menu). Not one miss in the bunch. Not normally a bread fan-girl, the Jerusalem bagels were unforgetable. Cozy, ecclectic atmosphere, attentive staff, (who seemed genuinely happy!)

5 /5 Nadav Linden: Visited with friends for dinner and absolutely loved it! All dishes were great and authentic, and the service from Jess and the team was very welcoming! The dips with the bagel are a great way to kick off the meal. We then had the beetroot, the grilled eggplant, and the tabbouleh salad which were all excellent. Out of the bigger dishes we tried the Turkish kofta which was very authentic and well executed and the shawarma which was great too. All of that for a very fair price. Very warmly recommended!
