5 /5 Johnnie K: I rarely leave reviews but have felt compelled to do so twice in one weekend. One followed a very disappointing visit to Barrenjoey House but the other (this review) relates a truly incredibly stay at Jonah’s. I gifted this dinner, bed & breakfast package to my wife and this was the first time we’d spent 24 hours away from our son who is 2. The team were so hospitable and friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was not only delicious but also of a really good size (which so often is the case with fine dining). But what really separates this place apart from the rest are the views - they are stunning!! Whether standing on your balcony, enjoying the pool or sitting in the restaurant or drinks deck, you have panoramic views of ocean and sky. We were there during a fairly average weather weekend but it barely detracted. In the 48 hours since our stay, I’ve already recommended Jonah’s to at least half a dozen people as a “must do”. So do yourself a favour and find a reason to treat yourself and someone special to a truly memorable 24 hours away.

5 /5 Rita: Jonah’s Restaurant was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. When we arrived, they took us outside for a drink to enjoy the view, the perfect way to settle in and soak up the moment. Then we moved inside for dinner and went for the seafood platter. It was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful smiling, caring and so knowledgeable. We celebrated my partner’s birthday and they added a lovely touch. Truly memorable and highly recommended.

5 /5 Daisy TK daisy.in.sydney: We came to Jonah’s Restaurant to celebrate my dad’s retirement, and it was truly an amazing experience. The views are absolutely stunning. We didn’t get a window table, but the booth was very comfortable and we could still enjoy the ocean view the whole time, which was lovely. The service was warm and attentive - special thanks to Jana, who made our lunch even more enjoyable. We chose the set menu at $145 per person. It’s on the pricey side, but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Our favourites were the tuna entrée, the wagyu beef main, and the strawberries and cream dessert - all beautifully done. A perfect spot for celebrations and memorable moments. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a special location, nestled away in the greenery of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Jonah’s will not disappoint. The views are breathtaking. Those with the privilege of owning properties here will attest and pay to own this real estate. And yet for a memorable occasion, everyone else can also share in the treat. The cuisine has a Franco-Italian heart, the best of Mediterranean and Alpine traditions. It could be a hearty mushroom risotto or a delicate ocean trout. Our waitress, Jana, was professional, friendly, personable and kind. And all the other staff were impeccable in their service - it felt seamless and effortless. What to say? Every special occasion at Jonah’s from now on? Highly probably. Enjoy!

5 /5 Sabrina Sabrina: The overall experience was enjoyable, with the main drawback being the relatively high pricing. The food was well executed and consistent, though not particularly adventurous. The wagyu beef stood out as my favorite dish. The lamb was attractively presented but somewhat underwhelming in flavor. The prawns and noodles were satisfying, and the chocolate mousse was excellent—rich and well-balanced, though slightly sweeter than my personal preference. The service was attentive and professional, which added positively to the experience. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
