1 /5 Steve Freeman: We ordered two lasagnes for my wife I am I and it was absolutely horrible. The lasagne had at least half a kilo of salt in it and also it had obviously been heated up at least 5 times. The base was so burnt and it was as hard as a rock. We have been going to Lucky and Peps for 20 years and I will never return. It really has gone downhill in the last few years and that’s easy to notice as the crowds are so down. So disappointed. 3 /5 Lynelle Wilde: Well, firstly, the staff were run off their feet and it was hard to get their attention. Not their fault. I got the boscaiola which had bacon in it that was impossible to chew. It was like LEATHER! For a main that’s $30, I was pretty disgusted. It also had a sauce that had clearly been reheated due to the oil lingering. It was my birthday and we were friends catching up after years. After about 6:15 (we arrived at 5:30) we couldn’t even hear each other. It was so disappointing. When the cashier asked how everything was, we were politely honest about the bacon only for him to say, “We’ll do better next time.” Problem is? There will NOT be a ‘next time’. Really really disappointed. It’s not worth the money for a nice meal (pasta and cheap bacon? (Maybe 4 slices of mushroom?), which is SO CHEAP to make? (I work in hospitality)… GET REAL PEOPLE! GET. 5 /5 Samantha Humphreys: I went out to have dinner with my friends on a Saturday. We ordered five meals which were yummy yo yo delicious! The service was great 10 out of 10! Loved this place. Also after the meal the kind and thoughtful waitress gave us a complimentary free dessert it was a dessert that she maid by herself it was could the chocolate bomdadlada! It was the best dessert I have had in my life! We even played one of the kid games they had in the corner. Just a few suggestions for next unlimited free wine to the prettiest boy or girl in the restaurant, karaoke machine with a stage in the back,free ice cream for the kids on the way out. We stayed in there untill closing time it would also be nice if there were a lucky and pep’s Support dog it has to be a border collie named pep Get ready for the best time of your life. And one more suggestion add a lucky and peps mascot with a lucky and peps hotel on the top floor and add the lucky and peps hotel all over the nation Ps don’t come to lucky and peps if you can’t eat gluten
