Johnny Gios Pizza Lane Cove - NSW

Arina Klimova We ordered the prosciutto pizza and the burrata pizza from Johnny Gios Pizza in Lane Cove. The dough was thin and delicious, and the ingredients were of great quality. We placed the order remotely through their app for pickup, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Kasina Korean Eatery - NSW

Shilpa Thakker We dropped in for an impromptu dinner, craving Korean fried chicken, and this place delivered exactly what we were after. We ordered the fried chicken platter and it really hit the spot. The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked, with moist pieces and a light, crisp crumb. The sauce selection was excellent and added real depth and variety to the meal. We also had soju with our food, which was a great pairing and added to the overall experience. The atmosphere is casual, very much like a suburban diner style setup. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and easy, and it suits the food. A special mention to Tiffany, who was absolutely lovely. Friendly, warm, and genuinely engaging, she shared little stories and tips about how certain dishes and drinks are traditionally enjoyed in Korea, which made the experience feel more personal and authentic. Overall, a solid spot that focuses on doing the food well. As someone who loves supporting local businesses run by people who clearly work hard and care about what they do, this is a place I’d happily recommend and return to.

Atti’s Cafe | Gluten-Free & Vegetarian | Lane Cove - NSW

Haresh Karkar I stumbled upon this place on Google so decided to go there. First I didnt realise that it was at the same place as I love Pizza. I ordered a few dosas and Idli options and it took around 30 mins for take away. (They only do take aways so would recommend to order from home and then go for pick up) The food was absolutely amazing, my new goto local place for dosas. The price is reasonable and great food. Loved Podi idli. I want to try their Medhu vadai.

Persian Basement - NSW

Bayan J We finally made it to Persian Basement for my Grandmothers 95th birthday and wow—what an incredible experience! The buffet setup is pure magic for anyone who loves Persian cuisine. The variety was seriously impressive: perfectly seasoned ghormeh sabzi with that deep herb flavor, rich and tender fesenjan with just the right balance of pomegranate and walnut, juicy kabobs (both chicken and lamb were melt-in-your-mouth), several types of polo, fresh salads, mast-o-khiar, borani, and warm, freshly baked nan. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and clearly made with love—no skimping on saffron, spices, or quality ingredients. The real showstopper though? The dessert section. I’ve never seen such an incredible spread at a Persian buffet. The sholeh zard was delicious. We went back for thirds on the desserts alone and still wanted more! Service was warm and attentive, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere felt genuinely welcoming—like being invited to a big Persian family gathering. Portions are generous, the price is more than fair for the quality and variety, and we left stuffed and happy. If you’re craving real-deal Persian food with an unbeatable buffet and desserts that will ruin you for all other sweets, this place is a must-visit. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly, highly recommend!
