It wasn’t just melt-in-your-mouth soft, but had just the right amount of firmness and chew — that perfect balance of tenderness and bounce that only truly high-quality fish can offer. The salmon teriyaki was outstanding as well. The sauce was rich and full of umami, pairing beautifully with the tender salmon, enhancing every bite without overpowering it. This place isn’t just a sushi shop — it’s a refined Japanese specialty restaurant where you can enjoy truly gourmet-level cuisine. 1 /5 Alejandro E: My girlfriend ordered a roll, the pieces fall into parts! Unacceptable. I ordered a sushi boat, and the sushi had 2 problems, the rice was warm, and also fell into parts, the fish wasn’t cold enough, it was also kind of warm. Maybe they left it outside for a few hours. Overall a very disappointing experience.

5 /5 Hau Le: We were blown away by the 12 Stairs Chef’s Omakase at Yo Sushi Beecroft! Every dish was fresh, beautifully crafted, and full of flavour. Min, the chef’s creativity and attention to detail made it a truly memorable dining experience. Perfect for a family dinner — highly recommended!
