Ballet Core My favourite studio to do Reformer Pilates with the best team of experienced instructors! The instructors go out of their way to make you feel cared for and in good hands, and the classes are always a great workout. Anna Strong Engadine is absolutely wonderful. Elisha and each of her trainers are nurturing, knowledgable and just amazing. You feel comfortable and always greeted with a beautiful smile. This is exercise that is fun, and you want to keep coming back for more. The range of classes and their timetable is great. The encouragement is given to do your best and feel comfortable, always. I don’t get the exercises right the first time and the trainers are always their to correct you or lead the way so you can be your own success.
