I’ve been purchasing from this store for quite sometime now and any time I have come in with a hair concern she knows just the right products to suggest to me and hasn’t put a foot wrong once when it comes to providing the hair advice I am looking for. I have always trusted her when it comes to selling me the right products for my hair and always am pleasantly surprised how much I love the products she sells me! I hope her manager knows how well she is trained in her product knowledge!. Hard to come by this kind of customer service these days. It’s so appreciated thank you.

Natalie Davies I started going here years ago when I lived in Hornsby. Even now since I have moved, I make the effort to come back to Hornsby to get my hair done. They are a great team of people and go to a great effort to ensure you are getting the cut and style you want and that you walk away happy. Yes this might be on the upper price range for a lot of people, but I love coming here and I love the cut and colour I end up with each visit (and the complementary coffees are a nice sweetener too!). Thanks guys for always going above and beyond to help me look my best! ❤
