5 /5 Talia Davis: Looking at previous reviews I was apprehensive. Went with a Groupon voucher - but charged $25 extra for long hair (mine was down to my waist). I was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be returning. Great job, beautiful curls to walk away with too. Thanks!

4 /5 David Lin: Generally consistent results, though care factor and attention to detail depends on who you get. Never a problem fitting in on the day as long as you call ahead slightly ahead of time and ask when the best time is to come in.

1 /5 Madison April: PHOTOS ATTACHED AT THE END: Do not recommend ever going to this place. Completely overcharged my friend and I. I paid $450 for my hair to be bleached; it was completely patchy and uneven. There were shades of blue and green in my hair and the scalp was yellow. The stylists have no idea what they are doing. When I came back they told me that it couldn’t be fixed and that it looked really good... I went to Stylz in Hornsby and they fixed my hair straight away for only $130 and it looks stunning. Getting a professional opinion was the best idea; they said that the haircut was awful, that ivy hair co had scalp bleached my hair when they should’ve left a root to allow for a more natural appearance to the hair, and that the colour ivy hair co chose to leave on my hair was not even close to the photo I showed them. And look at the photo of my friends hair! Asked for ash blonde and she was left with orange. And they said it didn’t need to be toned, that a blue shampoo would fix it. My friend and I have both had to go and get our hair fixed after this incident. I would never recommend going here unless you want your hair ruined. And they refused to fix it ! Nice people I think.. but they have no idea what they are doing. Attached are the photos of the condition in which they left our hair.

1 /5 M M: Not the worst haircut I have ever had, but its certainly up there. And the overall experience was terrible. They gave me one price when I walked in, then gave me a higher price once I sat down - because it was a styled cut. After I agreed, since I already sat down, she told me that my hair need to be washed (even though I told her I only washed it the day before), and washing was extra. But she didnt know how much more. Once the cutting started, I realized she didnt know how to style cut, nor was she paying attention. So much so, she cut her own finger at one point. I was concerned, and asked if she was okay. She brushed it off as its nothing, only minutes later she realized/decided she needed to put a bandaids on. As she finished the cut, it was obvious it wasnt straight, so I very politely asked her to fix it. She obliged, but was visibly annoyed. When I left, they charged me almost double the amount that I was told when I walked in. I could never recommend such poor and unfair service.
