5 /5 Narma Bist: I have been going to this salons for few years now.the service is very good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.I always do threading and also hair cut from here. Last time I did my hair coloring ,it’s was so nice and the price was very reasonable. It gave me a new look and confidence Thank you so much for your service.

1 /5 Reeya Lamichhane: Absolutely disappointed. I came in to get my eyebrows done for my birthday, and they completely ruined them in less than a minute. I specifically asked to keep them thick, but they were left unfinished and uneven—literally zigzagged. When I asked someone else to fix them, she made it even worse and kept blaming me, saying I wasn’t good at explaining. Even if I didn’t explain well (which I don’t agree with), how do you mess up someone’s brows this badly? Now my eyebrows will take forever to grow back, and I have to deal with this mess on what was supposed to be a special day. I trusted this place and completely regret it. They charged me $17—way more than other salons—and I walked out looking worse than when I came in. This wasn’t just a bad job—it was a frustrating and upsetting experience. I will never go back and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m really happy with the results and the overall experience was fantastic. Although the prices are a bit higher compared to my previous salon, the excellent service and professional care made it totally worth it. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Ankita Kharel: I visited the salon today without a clear idea, just a suggestion of a layered bob at neck length. The stylist understood me perfectly and gave me exactly what I wanted—even better than I imagined! The haircut suits me so well, and I felt like she truly understood how I wanted to feel. I’m really happy with the result. Highly recommend!
