5 /5 Brianna: A hairdresser from another salon had completely ruined my hair and left the bleach on for too long and my hair was coming out. So I called up angel hair with short notice and they booked me in the next day for a consultation. I asked Chris ( the hair dresser) if he could possibly dye my hair back to my natural colour ( light brown), he did the most amazing job and it looks so similar to my natural hair colour. My hair went from being ruined and looking terrible to looking so healthy and natural with the help of Angel hair.Another lady called Tammy also came and helped with my hair, she was so polite and such a nice person as well as Chris! Also all the people working at Angel hair are so nice, caring and so easy to talk to. The pricing is very reasonable as the workers do such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend trusting Angel hair with your hair, they do a brilliant job!

1 /5 j Bedi: Dear Adam, Based on facebook Roseville community reviews, I decided to come and get my hair blow dried from an apprentice Charlie as I could not get any other appointment from seniors. I must admit Charlie was very polite and patient throughout, but unfortunately she did not understand what I was trying to say and I even showed the photo of the blow dry I wanted. After she finished the blow dry, I could see my hair had absolutely no body and no outward curls either. They looked horrible and I complained to you. I was shocked that instead of listening to me and assuring me to fix this, you instead assured Charlie that it is easy and how wonderful she has done. I was more shocked that instead of showing techniques to the apprentice, you let her continue with what she was doing and did not bother to ask once if I was happy or satisfied. I did not want the hot iron as discussed on the phone before booking the appointment, I then asked Charlie to use the hot iron to make curls. She went over it with a hair iron and even then she was taking big chunks of hair and I knew the curls wont last. Charlie told me that because the job isnt finished hence it is not looking like what one would expect. I paid and walked out of the salon and burst into tears! My husband was shocked. I was gobsmacked at how horribly my hair looked ( it was our 30th wedding anniversary party on the day).

5 /5 M Lee: Such a lovely vibe here. All the staff are so friendly and happy to help. They practise the best hygiene (temperature check and sanitiser) and i left feeling amazing. I got the exact look I wanted after a detailed consult and they even remembered my previous hair concerns and helped fix these. Tamlyn was amazing and I will only trust them with my hair. Keep up the great work!!

5 /5 Rachel Davidson: Charlie did an amazing job with my teenagers first highlights. She made it very special for her and the end result was amazing. Highly recommend.

3 /5 Nadine Mueller: I had a mixed experience at this salon. I have been there a few times. They used to have really lovely and talented hairdressers, but the last few times, that I have been back, have been more than disappointing. It always takes really long to get a cut and colour. They didnt listen to me and got the colour completely wrong. And then after trying to fix it up, even after having an extensive conversation to what it is that I wanted, they made it even worse. I was going from a dark brown slowly back to my natural colour but ended up having some weird dark brown hair with orange highlights. At the end they reimbursed me for the colour, but still charged me $60 for the blow dry that i had in the first place. I thought that was very unprofessional, since I now still have orange highlights. Very disappointing, there was no aplogy, nobody seemed to care much anyway and they made me feel very unhappy. For that reason, I will not be going back there. As well It is pricey for the quality that you get. Sorry angelhair, everyone makes mistakes, but better customer recovery will save you in the long term. All the best.
