The blow dry she did was flawless, so stylish and lasting. She also provided the best color advice, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Plus, her prices are very reasonable, which is a huge plus. Simi is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and caring hairdresser!

K-a Cassidy I had the BEST experience at Glow! I called in the morning to see if there was an appointment available, and because I just wanted an all over semi with no bleaching etc, I was given a same day appointment. From the moment I arrived, all staff were absolutely lovely - very warm and welcoming, in a beautiful, relaxing salon. I was offered tea, coffee or wine, so I opted for a white wine and cheese platter - YUM! My stylist listened to me, and I immediately trusted her because she was obviously very professional and cared about my happiness with the outcome. I can honestly say its the happiest Ive ever been with the results. I cannot recommend Glow highly enough - Ive found my hair home!

Nikita Lauren I had a wonderful experience with Alix giving me a great haircut yesterday. Ive had troubles in the past with artists not executing the look I was after, but she listened to my requests and together we chatted through options. She gave me a lovely, airy cut, with loads of layers so that I can wear my natural curls with more body but also be able to wear my hair smoother. She was open to suggestions, but also a true profession, offering great insight and value where it was needed. The salon is beautiful and warm, and I look forward to returning

Pradeep helped me finalise the colour and explained the process in detailed and also prompted me to add hair texture smoothing product to allow my hair to be smooth and keep my streaks long lasting. Kerry Lee Doyle I went into the Beauty Base after having an awful experience elsewhere and I was visibly upset. I asked for help to try and fix my eyebrows. The girls in there were so lovely and understanding. Natalia took me in, fixed up my brows and chatted with me to make sure I was okay. When I went to pay I was told I wasn’t being charged and they were so sorry to hear about what happened in the other salon. I immediately booked my next eyebrow appointment! I was having a really, really bad day and the kindness I was shown just blew me away. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a phone call the following day from Natalia just to check in that I was alright. That is top class customer service. 100/10, absolutely beautiful people!
