Kerry Lee Doyle I went into the Beauty Base after having an awful experience elsewhere and I was visibly upset. I asked for help to try and fix my eyebrows. The girls in there were so lovely and understanding. Natalia took me in, fixed up my brows and chatted with me to make sure I was okay. When I went to pay I was told I wasn’t being charged and they were so sorry to hear about what happened in the other salon. I immediately booked my next eyebrow appointment! I was having a really, really bad day and the kindness I was shown just blew me away. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a phone call the following day from Natalia just to check in that I was alright. That is top class customer service. 100/10, absolutely beautiful people!

Swathi Gunda Rajani is the best! I went in for a hydra facial and my face is just glowing ever since. I am going back for it again. Also it is not just facials, she is really good and gentle when it comes to threading/waxing. Her head massage is a must try. I highly recommend her.
