3 /5 Hannah Hope: My nails very impressed bit annoyed with the pricing tho. It cost us 85 dollars just for fingers and nails in every other store it only cost like 55 for both bit of a rip off but still good none the less

4 /5 Tash R: Usually I don’t go to places with less than 3* reviews but figured it can’t be that bad and maybe a few fake reviews. My pedicure was great and I planned to give 5 but then I was first told they could buff and shine (I don’t do nail polish) and of course.. right at the end they couldn’t. Small detail I know and I probably wouldn’t have cared if I was told at the beginning. But again, good pedicure and a decent price of $35

5 /5 Gabrielle Houck: I stumbled into this place on accident I was trying to find a different shop a friend recommended but this spot was right near where I parked . I travelled all the way from Umina just to get my nails done. To be honest, if I had read the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this shop. I’m glad I didn’t! I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff, especially on a busy Saturday. My nail tech Jade was so personable and friendly. She did a SNS with tip. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks and they look nearly as good as day 1. I will certainly be coming back here from now on :)

1 /5 Kim Newman: I haven’t had my nails done in about 4 years. I thought why not try American Nails again considering I went there years ago & my experience was pretty good. Within a week of my nails being done, (I got acrylic & shellac) my natural nail was seperate from the acrylic which was allowing water etc to get inbetween, so I went back in & told them. They firstly were like oh just get infill, I was like it’s pretty disgusting letting anything between my nails, that can cause some serious infection with moisture. So finally one of them was like yep they need to come off. They wanted to then charge me $75 for removing the old ones & putting new ones on!!! By my understanding it was there fault to begin with. Thankfully they decided to change their minds & only charge me $60. The next day, my thumb nail & ring finger nail polish was lifting off!! It hadn’t dried properly & the coatings were so thick that’s why. I had to go back in & get them fixed... no charge, but rightfully so considering it’s just been an endless sh** time with them & my nails. They were rude, it was dirty & unhygienic & I will never be spending my money in that place again. Management has changed & it has gone downhill. I hope I can find a reliable nail technician but it definitely won’t be in ERINA fair!

2 /5 CC Viper: My nails look good buttttt.... they do not clean any of their tools which is scary since the cut my finger than ran a nail file over it so that now has blood on it. It also took 4 different people to understand what I wanted (literally take my acrylics off, cut my nails, put a new set on). Also had to ask for alot of basic stuff to be done like clean up the underside of my nail. Definitely not the worst, but definitely illegal practice of health and safety
