5 /5 pmm: Ive never been going to nails salon consistently until I met W nails! Both the nail technicians are skilled, have great attention to detail and the price they charge is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the nail art and service. The nails also last for at least a month without chipping. I also like how they checks with me to ensure the design and colour is right so I dont walk out disappointed. Highly recommend!

They checked throughout the process that I was happy with the shape, colour and design. I messaged them on instagram to discuss the design and price, my expectations were definitely met. 1 /5 Hannah: I spent my money and time for nothing. As soon as it was done, I asked to have it removed. They asked me why I thought it looked different from the original design. When I heard that, I gave up on explaining, because I could tell they wouldn’t understand. But you’re supposed to be the experts in nails… Just look at the quality difference. It honestly looks like something from Temu. Anyway, I know she spent her time doing itas well, so I paid in full. What a fun experience! I guess they’re just not used to doing this kind of cute design.(or she was new.) I hope they stop offering styles they’re not confident in and focus on what they do best.
