Vanessa Lila is always very welcoming and very professional I’ve been going to her for my eyebrows and facials for 10 years + her knowledge of facials and anything to do with your skin she’s spot on if there was a rating of 10 stars she would receive that, she always goes out of her way to explain everything you need to know and if there is ever a issue with your skin she will explain it to you in depth and provides you with proper information and instructions of how to treat the condition. I will always recommend her to anyone for facials or waxing.

Marie Mir Aiofe tanned me up beautifully!! I wanted a sunkissed look for a weekend event and she did a wonderful job. No dark orange to be seen and very natural looking. Love the detailed instructions to get the look I wanted and love the fact that she knows the product so well and exactly what you will get. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!!

Andrea Gia Appalling customer service. Talking on top of your head in another language with each other while they’re across the room from each other. You make a booking and turn up on time, they make you wait half an hour. They could use to learn more about customer service and etiquette. Also got lashes done there once and one side was way more filled than the other and when I mentioned it the lady told me to pull some out in a few days from the one that had more…. It’s a shame because their nail work can be good but their behavior is a turn off.
