5 /5 Alex Dass: Tim was so amazing!! He laughed at my stupid jokes and completely understood what I wanted, and helped me make a decision for my hair that has left me unable to stop smiling. I thought the price was crazy at first but I completely understand now!! The place looked and smelt clean, my hair looks and feels amazing, and I loved that Tim was able to explain what I was unsure about without making me feel stupid. I hope he has the best week

5 /5 JACINTA HARMER: I initially went to the salon for a last minute updo in October 2024 and Andy was amazing. I booked a consultation with Louise after I had been at another salon and my hair needed to be fixed after a terrible colour. Louise was so thorough and spent an hour going through my concerns, what I wanted to achieve after the awful experience I had at another salon. I felt comfortable and confident in Louise so moved forward with the booking. I came into the salon tonight and Louise again spent the time confirming and ensuring I was comfortable. Andy fixed the way the shape of my hair was sitting and all members of staff were beautiful and accommodating. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. Louise and Andy made sure that my hair was as healthy as possible. I’ll never go to anyone else again. The customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and they’ll be the only salon I’ll refer people to. I’m happy with the outcome!
