Breanna Briggs Katy and the girls always do such a wonderful job of looking after me when I make my way in for a hair appointment. I have been going into the salon for about three years and I always feel so taken care of! They make sure to listen, look at my inspo pics and provide feedback on colour and cut styles to best suit my hair goals. I had mostly been going in for a lived in blonde but recently decided for a change and went for a chocolate brown. I was a bit unclear on the exact colour I wanted so Katy whipped out the colour chart and explained my options, like ash vs warmth colours. The girls always make me feel so comfortable and put me at ease and the outcomes are always better than I could have imagined! My most recent appointment left me feeling like a million bucks! After a couple of years of avoiding haircuts because I felt my hair was fine and limp, and honestly disliked any attention to it, Sara completely changed my experience. She listened with empathy and truly understood my concerns. She guided me to work with what I have. Her advice was incredibly generous and genuine. doii shebop Service is top notch. Walked in this morning for a cut, ended up not liking how it fit my head so I walked back and asked for a different cut. Boys were happy to redo my cut for no extra charge. Thank you lads!
