1 /5 Alyssa Tarella: i admittedly am not the type of person to leave reviews online, I used to work in hospitality and usually sympathize with business owners as it difficult to satisfy all customers. However, this place is so bad that I HAD TO leave a review.
I can’t even give 1 star to this business. This is properly the worst place I have ever done my nails at in my life, and I’ve had my nails done by beginners before. Everything about this place was awful, awful hygiene, awful workers. They reused the same tools they used on the lady next to me on my hands and when I asked if they were the same, they responded “no, brand new” but I literally saw them use it on the lady beside me. She drilled over my actual skin and cut my cuticles, I was bleeding. I asked her to go easy on my real nail and she kept drilling while it was painful and I kept flinching. I saw one of the workers take out of the bin those toe nail separators that they use to paint your nails and put it back in the drawer to use it on someone else. Gross. That wasn’t even as bad as it got, I told the lady to make my nails long and, if you look at the picture, they were not. If you’re wondering my why I didn’t speak up, I did, she just kept saying “wait till I apply, wait till I file, wait till….”
I held my composure and just hoped the final result would be good. It wasn’t. Above all of this, two of my nails fell off that night. Properly the worst place I have ever went to do my nails in my entire life.
