One of your employees, known for being rough and often rushed (grey hair lady) caused me significant discomfort. During my eyebrow waxing, she ripped off my skin, and while doing my acrylic shellac, she severely damaged three of my nails. am concerned about how this employee is permitted to operate in your salon, especially since I have seen numerous negative reviews online reflecting similar experiences
I believe this issue needs immediate attention. I would like to meet with you as soon as possible to discuss this incident. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may have to consider legal action, as this situation is beyond acceptable
