1 /5 B: I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I came in for a BIAB infill and manicure, but the BIAB was left way too thick. When I raised my concern, they made excuses and gaslighted me, saying it looked fine.
I returned the next day, as agreed, to have it fixed. It was clear the owner prioritises money over customer experience—she continued accepting walk-ins without managing wait times. Although they said they were happy to fix the issue, the owner and staff spent the entire time speaking Vietnamese, laughing, and clearly discussing me and the situation. I asked if she could touch up the manicure, but she said she didn’t have time. They even tried to deny I had paid for the manicure the day before until I corrected them. At one point it felt she didn’t even want to fix them, so I asked her to take them off and refund me. She did not want to refund when I told her I paid $75.
I thought we had already cleared up the miscommunication from the previous visit, but the owner continued bringing it up and speaking about it to staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Poor service, poor communication, and an overall disappointing experience.
