1 /5 paris jade: I had been going to this salon for about a year and always loved it, but after my recent visit, I’ll never return. The nail tech cut several of my cuticles one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding, and I had to hold a cotton pad on it. She never acknowledged it or checked if I was okay. At the end, I politely asked not to pay for the manicure ($15 off) due to the injury and lack of care. She refused, was incredibly rude, and just wanted the money. If a service causes pain, why should I pay in full? This wasn’t about the money, it was the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic decency. If that’s how they treat regulars, I worry for new customers. Absolutely do not recommend.

1 /5 Meghry Bayramian: This place is horrible and very unhygienic. I need to get my toes done and I was in hurry as I had no time. I decided to book at this place because it was in my area. I wish I could go back in time. As a nail tech/artist myself, it is hard to do my own toes and make them look nice so I always get others to do it for me. I am also aware of all the rules that have to be in place. They proceeded to cut my cuticles which to let eve know is not legal without the correct certification. To be able to do that you need a medical certification which is not very common for the nail techs to get, specially the nail techs in the salons. I didn’t want to be a burden so I kept quiet. They they proceeded to file my nails with a used nail file and sanding band. This is very unhygienic and dangerous. These equipments are very cheap and range from 50 cents a price to 1 dollar. They are meant to be changed for every new individual. I didn’t realise it was a used one because I was distracted on my phone. After my appointment I prayed that I wouldn’t contract any infections. To my surprise a few days later I had excruciating pain on my toe. I went to the doctors and found out I have contracted a fungal infection. This infection can be permanent and definitely not fun. So please DO NOT go to this place. If my situations get worse I will be taking serious actions.
