1 /5 Lucy Cattanach: I went to get my eyelashes and brows done about a week ago, to start I asked for eye brow waxing and I got threading (I booked brow wax), my eyebrows were tinted black and my skin was stained well outside of my eyebrow shape. I asked for classic eyelash extensions and I got very long hybrid extensions. A few days after getting them done I noticed my eyes begun to itch and swell, after getting them removed by another salon I was told all of my natural eyelashes were stuck together and the extensions were not individually placed. I ended up with both eyes infected due to the lack of care and skill.

1 /5 Jas Kayy: $25 to have completely unmatched eyebrows that I had to pay another $25 to fix elsewhere. No attention or care given. I was so upset. If you want to charge a decent price you need to do a proper job and take more than 2 minutes. Judging by the other reviews Im not the only one

1 /5 Liv Malouf: I had attempted to get a lash lift and tint done here. They did the treatment on me and my lashes were not curled one bit. They said they were finished and that they were curled. After a bit of back and forth, they eventually admitted they weren’t curled and that they wanted to try again. I didn’t even up letting them try again as the service was pretty poor regardless. Once I got home I looked at my lashes again and they had actually broken half my lashes off, right to the eyelid. Never ever go here.

3 /5 Olivia Cassarino: I get my brows done here every month and they are perfect but when it comes to lash extensions it is the polar opposite. I payed $164 for my lashes and then a week later half of them where missing, I was offered a free infill but I can’t promote there extensions, I am beyond disappointed as I have now got too pay 2x more then I wanted to due to the lack of retention. Very disappointed in this service.

1 /5 Riley Teu: Ive been getting my lashes done for years but this place was by far the WORST place Ive ever gone to! My eye lashes have been falling out in clumps WITH MY NATURAL LASHES! If you wanna loose your natural lashes and get robbed of your money go there x
