5 /5 Margaret Bagala: One of the best hair experiences I have ever had. Beautiful Salon and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new look. My hair has never looked so healthy and soft after a colour. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants amazing hair.

5 /5 helen christine xeni: I was recommended by a friend to visit D`Lush in Drummoyne over 10 years ago, and I have never looked back. Sandra, has always been attentive to my needs. Especially when it comes to obtaining the perfect blonde hair colour. Whether, it was waist length hair or a boyish crop I always felt very comfortable with her expertise advise. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon.

1 /5 Tania Baumeister: Went to them for 2 years did great job and reasonable price. Over lockdown asked if they were selling the normal hair colour for clients to do at home and she said absolutely for $100 cash. Gave me the wrong colour- instead of giving me my usual colour to lighten my hair, she gave me a darker than my natural colour, so my regrowth actually looked 100 times worse. She did admit she may have given me the wrong colour (really!) but I was really easy going and just asked for the right colour to fix. That’s when I saw what happens when they make a mistake (even if honest one). No offer to give me correct colour (in fact stated she isn’t giving colours to blondes!!!- so she is saying that after the fact and giving tome a colour!!! ). No offer discount to fix /. Just told me to come when lockdown is over! Where I’d be paying more to fix this!!! Honestly I don’t like writing negative reviews and they had been great and I was really really easy going about it but when you get no customer service and see what the business is like if they have done something wrong- your trust goes. Seriously one nice gesture about this and I wouldn’t have worried . But to dismiss and make it my issue - I feel like I’ve basically been told that it’s my fault I spent $100 and the hair colour was wrong… doesn’t feel right! Not the sort of place I feel comfortable in. Sad
