5 /5 Sharon Gillette: This spa experience was exceptional. The staff are Vietnamese and they bring a calm customer focused engagement every time. The pedicure service includes a fruit and rose petal foot bath with gentle foot massage that deepens the experience. The cosy fabric treatment chairs sink you into deep relaxation. A perfect treat for deserving clients looking for beautiful feet to go.

1 /5 Christina: Went to take off shellac on my hands and was there for a whole hour. Once they did attend to me they buffed my skin and it started bleeding, they didnt shape them correctly and there was still shellac leftover on the edges of my nails. I had to go home and cut and file them myself. Very sub-par and incompetent. I believe they have changed owners. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Toni McFadden: 22/03/25 update to the below review. Never going back to this place after the owner asked to take the review down. To the owner - You have QR codes asking for reviews. You need to take the good with the bad. Dtox looks hideous now with all the lights and changes you have made. You push services too hard on customers. Maybe you need to think about all the old clients that have never come back. You lady have pushed too far. Never coming back. I’m so sorry Tatiana I was only coming in for you. BTW - those nails were done in July and when I complained you didn’t care, you blame everyone else never the treatments. It’s always someone never you. End of update Have been going here for years never had a problem until the new owner took over. No one told me my regular nail lady had left. I was told that Channell was the best. I went to Dtox as they never used grinders on your nail beds so had very healthy nails. I asked that they don’t use a grinder and do my nails the same as always. I got evo gel paid $60 for my nails. They all pealed off after a week. My daughter had her nails done there with one of the regular ladies that was still there with no issues. I continue to go back and only see Tatiana as she is the only one I trust. I’d give Tatiana 5 stars however not the salon and not the new people running the business
