1 /5 Mel: AVOID AVOID AVOID. Completely misleading prices on their flyers. Which I was then told no one has ever had an issue with their prices, when clearly, reading the reviews - this is a regular occurrence. Alongside “the eftpos machine being broken” and wanting me to go and withdraw cash. I was charged $170 for roots, shampoo, trim and blow dry, when the flyer stated otherwise. (The trim was done with dry hair and literally took 2 mins to trim the ends) When I questioned this, I was offered to pay $150 instead. Which is still $50 more than the advertised price. They also got dye all over my pants, which was blamed on me for “maybe moving” Very sad to see this local salon ripping people off. As a first time customer, I Definitely won’t be back.

1 /5 N N: They use Torn rags/towels to dry clients hair. You wouldn’t use those to mop a dirty floor with. A horrid, dirty feel. Even more puzzling is that instead of apologising and buying new towels, the manager Rudely asked me to leave & said she did not want to do my hair because I complained and that the torn tattered towels are fine to use on clients hair because they’re clean despite being torn & tattered rags … what the hell???

5 /5 Sanju Paudel: Visiting Elegant Hair Salon was such a wonderful experience! Sue, my hairstylist, did an amazing job with my face-framing butterfly haircut. The salon has a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and their customer service is top-notch. Sues expertise really showed in the beautiful results she achieved. Im absolutely thrilled with my new hairstyle and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for skilled stylists (Sue) and excellent service!

I had a lovely woman with blonde curly hair (unfortunately forgot to get her name), she was extremely nice and professional! Loved the experience and will be coming again!!

5 /5 Hanieh Ghalaei: I’ve been coming to Elegance Touch for the past year, and I can’t say enough good things about this salon! Zohre did a full head of foils for me and absolutely nailed it – the color was perfect and so professionally done. Sue gave me an amazing cut that completely refreshed my look. And I have to give a big shout-out to Merry as well – she did a nanoplasty treatment on my hair that has lasted such a long time and left my hair feeling smooth and healthy. The whole team is incredibly talented and friendly. I always leave feeling pampered and super happy with the results.
