Razor Style Barber - Hornsby (NSW)

1 /5 Elizabeth Brown: Hubby went in to get his beard shaved down and to keep his moustache. The gentleman who attempted this for him left his moustache far too low on both sides of his mouth and gave him incredibly lopsided sideburns. He didnt notice until he splashed water on his face after we got home. The service was fast but clearly for a reason. This isnt the first time this has happened at a barber. Think Ill stick to doing it for him. Put in some effort guys, it takes a second to look at your work before asking for money for an incomplete service and look for symmetry before clipping.

1 /5 Alex Gan: This is a worst store I’ve ever been to. They hired an inexperienced staff member who rushed through my haircut, and even managed to cut my neck with the razor. After hurting the left side, they insisted on doing the right side as well—and guess what? They cut that side too! I didn’t notice it at the time, but when I got home, I took photos of the injuries. The next day, I went back to talk to them. I asked how they planned to handle this situation, and they said the razor was too sharp, and there was nothing they could do about it. I told them that with such a terrible experience, at the very least, they should refund my haircut fee. Unbelievably, they replied with the most illogical excuse: since they had cut my hair short, I still had to pay, regardless of whether I was injured or not. What kind of nonsense is that? I argued that if you went to a car wash and they scratched your car, would you still pay for it? They then said the boss wasn’t around and asked me to come back on the weekend. However, I was about to go on vacation and couldn’t be bothered to deal with them anymore. Depend on the staff’s professionalism and attitude, I can confidently say this is a scam shop. Go there at your own risk!

1 /5 Stephen Fowler: Unfortunately the absolute WORST beard trim Ive ever had. Pretty sure it was the apprentice?? as he hacked away the other barber had to check his work. Beard wasnt lined up on my neck. Hair on chin and moustache is now different lengths on each side and didnt clean up under neck paper guard. I could go on with how bloody horrible it looks but Im off on xmas holidays with this hack job. 100% will never be back. Which is disappointing as my first visit was the best ever and I travelled a long way for this.
