2 /5 Samantha Monteiro: Ive been here on a couple of occasions, unfortunately I will never go here again. Denise was extremely rude to me, a pregnant mum after my service. I went for a wax prior to delivery and have extremely bad pain in my pubic bone which I explained to Denise. Denise tried to be thorough and do the best she could however I was made to roll from side to side multiple times which didnt help the pain. I tried to do this quickly however its hard for multiple reasons including the wax sticking to me and sticking my skin together and sticking my skin to sheet. She also didnt warm up the wax enough and everytime it was rolled onto my skin it was torture, like my skin was being ripped off. When I got home my husband mentioned a few significant spots were missed. I originally called Denise to arrange to have this rectified which she agreed to however when I couldnt make that appointment (as my son was sick) and tried to reschedule, I was yelled at, told I should have checked for missed spots before leaving on the day (unsure how Id do this when I cant even see my lady bits) and told that I "carried on like a pork chop" and how it was the hardest wax shes ever had to do. Even if this were true, its extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope no other pregnant woman is treated the way I was. Really upsetting.
