1 /5 Kiah Hall: Overpriced and rushed service. Waited an hour in chair , didn’t get the right cut it was hacked off quickly way too short , placement was poor had to get some moved twice.. had to take all out myself days after . Going somewhere else. What a waste on time and money . Was asked to pay more if I wanted them fixed up, so disappointed.

5 /5 Yuliya Redkina: Tegan absolutely transformed my hair and I’m honestly shook as to how good it looks. The colour alone is better than any salon experience I’ve had in Sydney, with Tegan getting my colour down to perfection. I got a 3/4 nano extension set and it looks amazing. So happy with it.

They’re super knowledgeable and will advise you on the best approach to suit you. They also use really natural looking, high quality hair - people are always shocked to hear it’s not all my own hair!

1 /5 Molly Clarke: I have always been more than happy with the services provided to me but after my most recent appointment I had never felt more disappointed or upset. I left the salon with extensions that did not match my hair colour whatsoever nor did they blend in. They stuck out and were all exposed at the back of my head. I was sent home with clarifying shampoo and told to go to my hairdresser to have my hair matched to the extensions or dye the extensions themselves next time I had my hair done. I ended up having to take out the extensions myself when I got home from the appointment as it was so terribly done. I reached out to them via email and received no response. Highly recommend not going here as the level of care has completely gone and as a business they should be embarrassed to let people walk out of their salon looking the way I did.
