Katherine Terrible experience. The therapist moved between me and multiple others without cleaning her hands in between. The lash lamination was terrible it did nothing except make a few hairs constantly stick up (despite following all instructions). I tried to contact the business to ask them to resolve and they said they would call and never did. Not surprised though from how terrible my service was in store. I get my brows done a lot (look at my positive reviews) so know how they should be. I wish I hasn’t wasted my time here as now I need to lodge the issue with fair trading to protect others
