1 /5 Anuradha Swamy: I recently went and got my underarms waxed and have left both in pain and angry. There seemed to be only 1 beautician and was rushed to get my waxing done. She over applied the waxed and had a terrible technique of removing the wax. In the process she has burned my underarms. I am unable to place my arm down as it is very painful and red even after 24hrs. I will not be returning here and do not recommend waxing.

1 /5 Ash: I had my hair cut today at Exotic Indian Beauty, Castle Tower. It was such a waste of my time and money. Waheeda cut my hair. I dont know how they are running a business like that here in Sydney. My hair at right side was completely different than the left side. Finally, I had to go to another beauty salon to fix my hair.

1 /5 Sai Aishwarya: Walked into store, waited for my turn, when my turn came I was asked to sit in the chair ready for eyebrow threading. I sat there waiting for 15 mins unsure why I was waiting when there was a beautician just standing free. A little while later , another customer walked in for eyebrow threading (same service as mine) and the beautician directly started working on them without any delay. If you make a customer wait 15 mins on the chair while you are standing there free and then work on the newly arriving customer a split second after they arrived, you lack both communication skill as well as organisational skill. When I asked why I am being ignored while the new customer is already being taken care, she said some other beautician will work on me and I must wait 5 more minutes. What a waste of my time. Either tell the customer you can attend them or wont attend them rather than showing some kind of partiality of treatment. Will never go there again nor recommend anyone to go there.

1 /5 A.M: Staff is unprofessional, I stood at the counter wanting service but nobody in the store. After some time waiting decided to go, to my surprise the staff was outside the store behind me on her phone ignoring me (no break sign). Im glad I didnt get anything done at a place like this.

1 /5 Mil G: Im writing this review for Waheeda. Thank you , for patiently trying to fix a choppy haircut done by one of the other staff. You did your best to give me a good haircut. The one star rating is for the rest of the experience.
