Renae is such a beautiful and calming soul, and the space has been created with such thought and care, from the moment you walk in you are greeted by a welcoming and calm space overlooking the bush. Renae explained what lymphatic massage was like, and gave me a good run down of what to expect, while also asking me if there were any focus areas or goals. The massage itself was so relaxing - as a busy, working mum it’s not often I take time out for myself, but I’m so glad I did for this! After the massage I felt like I’d just had a long nap.
