They were so professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Not only did they take the time to understand exactly what I wanted, but they also provided great advice on how to achieve the perfect look. The end result was stunning—I’m so happy with how my hair turned out! Thank you both for your incredible service and for making my visit so enjoyable. 1 /5 Leah Dal Bianco: Unfortunately I have to remove my 5 star review, Be careful getting a cut here, the lady who cut my hair chopped so much off, and it was so poorly cut, it was like fluff had been created at the ends of my hair. It was so uneven and short and the way it had been shed is causing the hair to knot very frequently. So disappointing especially when they charge $380 for treatment and cut. I won’t be returning. Poor results after such an expensive treatment, this is after 1 wash with specific sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, the frizz is too much for such an expensive treatment. This is my 3rd treatment so I am aware of aftercare. This is a result of the terrible haircut. I reached out to the business with no resolution as of yet, this is why I am leaving this honest review here. ______________ I came in for the nano keratin treatment, I have extremely curly, thick and frizzy hair. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My hair is so nourished and silky smooth. Such a professional and pleasant experience, reasonably priced and they are very kind and gentle. Thank you so much for my treatment, I’ll definitely be back!

1 /5 A S: After going through a nanoplasty hair treatment, my hair is still bendy and frizzy after the first hair wash. The parlour offered complementary hair spa, which managed the frizz only up to another hair wash and its back to frizzy and bendy. They suggested doing hair mask treatment (at home) around 2 times a week to control frizz. But they were the ones who suggested nanoplasty treatment so that my hair would be healthy looking and would do at least 70% straightening(earlier I had Keratin treatment and jad amazing lasting results every time) So if you have to use hair mask treatment twice a week, then what was the point of doing such Expensive Treatment at all.

Service with a smile is very much the USP of this place. Shelja Sehgal manages the place with efficiency and is very skilled in her domain and is very professional in her advice to the clients. The ambience is good, the music lovely but more than all this is the ‘honesty’, which I value most. A big thumbs up to the entire team of lovely ladies in Hornsby outlet. 5 /5 Zara Kachwalla: Wardah at Hornsby is the best hairdresser! She gave me a beautiful haircut late last year. It has stayed wonderful for months. She listens to what you want and executes beautifully. Thank you so much Wardah - you are a Gem. Ill be back soon for another haircut.
