3 /5 Monique A: Ive had 2 hydration facials here. The first was what I booked and asked for and was good. The 2nd I booked was for a microdermabrasion. I was disappointed when told it was too abrasive for my skin. Ive had a few micros over the years, namely at the Heber Davis clinic, home of Ultraceuticals and have had amazing results with the infused serums and micros. This left me feeling a bit disappointed. I also like my skin massaged when applying serum not jade rollers. I was initially happy but as an after thought wouldnt return. $80 was an excellent price for this service but I wouldnt be happy paying more.

1 /5 Susan Lewington: I visited this local salon with great expectations after booking a Microdermabrasion facial. Its been months since I had a facial so I was looking forward to it. For some reason, when I was on the table, the Beauty Therapist did not include this technique in my treatment despite the fact we discussed it fully both on the phone and while I was on the table, very clearly. Instead, she gave me a Vacuum treatment. Afterwards, she tried to charge me $90.00 as if nothing had happened that was untoward. As if its acceptable to apply a different type of treatment without permission or request. I pointed out that she had not administered what I had requested. Its like ordering a pizza and getting a lasagne I pointed out bitterly. She admitted she hadnt followed my directions and had continued with her own plan, without consulting me. There was no valid reason for taking things into her own hands. No pun intended. She offered to forego payment only after my face belied my shock that she was still willing to charge me full price after admitting she was wrong. I opted to pay half and later regretted it because she was dishonest. I cannot recommend this establishment or the therapist due to her unethical treatment followed by her lack of contrition in trying to wrangle $90.00 for a treatment I did not request.
